If you attended a Chicago Public School, you are one of 3 million living alumni. CPSalumni.org was created to build relationships among alumni of the Chicago Public Schools and their former schools and classmates.
We are the only large urban public school district trying to connect in this way.
Every school that existed within CPS has its own unique Home Page and Alumni Forums.
Each school's home page has sections for Shared Stories, Alumni News, and an Honor Roll.
Plus, special opportunities to get involved with the school today.
We'll create a living history and archive of public education in Chicago - rich stories, famous people, etc.
We will link you to other CPS alumni websites and chatrooms that already exist.
There is never any charge to you - we are not Classmates.com or Facebook - and we won't share your information. Funding for the development and two-year operation of the site is provided by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation (www.sloan.org), and managed through the Department of External Resources and Partnerships of the Chicago Public Schools.
